Terms & Conditions

By joining the Performer 6-Month Offer of 567Sing Studio, you agree to the following terms:

1. Program Access (6 Months)

Your enrollment includes:

  • 6 months of full access to 567Sing Studio

  • Weekly group coaching sessions with Curt, including performance opportunities and feedback

  • Training vault access with recordings, practice materials, and resources

  • 1 live 1:1 feedback session with Curt per month (6 total)

  • 6 fully completed Song Packages (sheet music, rehearsal tracks, performance tracks, and guides)

2. Subscription & Renewal

Your initial purchase provides 6 months of access for:

  • $1,497 paid in full upfront

  • Or 6 monthly payments of $312 (totaling $1,872, reflecting the payment plan fee)

By selecting the installment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments in full.

Access will be provided on a month-to-month basis and is contingent upon successful payment. Missed or failed payments will result in the immediate suspension of access to all course content, live sessions, and recordings, as well as forfeiture of lifetime access to the training vault.

After this period, your membership will automatically continue at the current monthly rate unless canceled.

We’ll send reminder emails before your renewal date so you can decide if you’d like to continue.

3. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel at any time before your renewal date.

If canceled, you will not be charged for the next billing period.

Please note: Canceling does not void your responsibility to complete outstanding installment payments already committed under your plan.

4. Non-Refundable Policy

Due to the digital nature of the program and instant access to content, all sales are final.

No refunds will be issued under any circumstances.

5. Respectful Participation

567Sing Studio fosters a positive and supportive community.

Disruptive, disrespectful, or harmful behavior may result in removal from the program without refund.
